SCS SB 514 -- LABELING OF DRUGS AND DEVICES

This bill requires manufacturers, packers, distributors, and
sellers of drugs and devices in Missouri to comply with the
current federal labeling requirements contained in the Federal
Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and any federal regulations created
under the act.  Drugs and devices which contain labeling not in
compliance with the bill will be deemed misbranded.

The bill repeals the current state standards for considering a
drug or device misbranded.
